Cheerful 1.1 😀

Cheers, everyone! It's been a while, hasn't it? But sure it has, and a bunch of new Minecraft versions, or drops, I suppose, have been since released.

So the only logical thing to do would of course be to update cheerful to "support" both 1.21.4 and 1.21.5, and slightly redesign ALL of the emojis!

Psst... I heard rumors that the emojis in the Workshop were updated as well...

It really is a must-have update. Plus, the support for the 🗿 emoji was introduced.
