TURTLECRAFT RESOURCE PACK UPDATE v8.3.0FA for Minecraft 1.20.4

Changelog:

• New textures for birch wood to make it look more white and remove some yellow-ness

• New textures for acacia wood to make it look less saturated/bright

• New colormap for savannah biome, making grass more golden and leaves more green

• Fixed lime and green glass not connecting on clients that connect glass

• Fixed missing hanging mangrove sign GUI that forgot to make the transition a few updates prior

• Removed unused fluffy leaves files

• Changed branding in pack.mcmeta file due to my new username :)
