To all of those actually reading this, I AM SO sorry, due to how devving works in editor vs actually in game, I never noticed that blockproviders do not actually auto-generate tags in game and sadly due to how everything is loaded, it is not possible to auto-generate, at least not without generating a file while in-game and the player adding it, this patch makes it so the create-blocks by default are included and tagged, hope you enjoy
Added all base blocks for create and added datapack functionality and fixed higher versions of cold sweat not being allowed (oversight)
