HEV Suit

This mod adds multiple hev suit sound effects from half life and a simple hud to minecraft.

Sound Effects:

1. Fractures from breaking your bones.
2. Blood Loss from arrows
3. Health Monitoring sound effects
4. Heat Damage from fire and such
5. Electrical Damage from lightning
6. Power level based on armor
7. Morphine Sfx (This doesnt do anything besides sound effects)
8. Black Mesa HEV Suit Sound effects

Features that aren't sound effects

1. The HUD
2. `/hev toggleSFX' to turn on the black mesa hev suit sound effects
3. /hev toggle <system> Press tab to see the available toggles
4. /hev pvp This disables all systems besides the health monitoring and the hud.
5. /hev clearqueue This will clear the sound queue
6. /hev queuesound <sound> This will queue the sound you specify, for example health_critical2
