Client Changes:
Fade Horse as you look down
Horse Head Pitch offset
Horses named `jeb_` become rainbow
Sprint + Inventory to open survival inventory
*Horse Buff pulls from your Minecraft keybinds, so if you change your inventory/sprint key, that will change what you need to press to access your survival inventory
Server Additions:
Improve "Step Height" capability
Increases horse step-height from 1 block to 1.1 blocks.
This makes riding horses around path blocks way less frustrating.
Can now be used without cloth config or fabric API. End portal support.
Fixes PortalHorse issue that caused location desynchronization when traveling through nether portals at large coords.

Fix Mod Config Not Saving
Removes mod menu as a hard dependency because this is a server side mod.
